Acne Treatment
Both males and females share in the usual skin disorder called acne. Acne can be found on the chest, shoulders, back and most common, the face. There are different categories that acne treatments are placed into. Those include topical treatments (applied directly to the skin), oral treatments (medication taken by mouth) or birth control pills (not all will work though).

Essential oils are a fantastic natural approach to acne treatment and can be found at any health food store. There is a wide variety of Eos but the following have been proven to be the best: Tea Tree Oil, Lavender Oil, Rosewood Oil, and Bergamot Oil. It is best to read the directions fully before applying to the face. Some Eos needs to be diluted prior to application for the best treatment.
